Tim is an active duty Master Sergeant and Green Beret within the US Army. He has served with 7th and 19th Special Forces groups and has been awarded the Bronze Star Medal.
Tim began his journey as an MMA fighter in 1993. Since then, he has fought professionally with the UFC, Strikeforce, the WEC, ShoMMA, and HDNet Fights. Tim retired from the MMA in 2017.
Tim has been instrumental in founding multiple successful businesses, to include Sheepdog Response, Apogee Academy, 4 Pillars Fit, and RangerUP.
